Routine Home Assessment (Interior + Exterior)
- Visual walk-through of the property, including:
- Interior rooms
- Exterior perimeter
- Roof (from ground or attic)
- Fencing and yard elements
- Identifying visible signs of:

- Pest activity
- Wear and tear or deterioration
- Other potential risk indicators
Preventive Maintenance Included
- Battery changes: Smoke, CO₂ detectors, thermostat, etc.
- Light bulb replacements
- HVAC air filter replacement
- Refrigerator/ice maker filter replacement
- Appliance preventive care: Flushing or maintenance on ice makers, washing machines and dishwashers (depending on model recommendations)

Annual System Coordination
- Once per year, we coordinate professional inspections/tune-ups for:

- If needed, we:
- Recommend reliable, vetted contractors
