The frequency is determined by the home owner or tenant and is based upon lifestyle, ability, pets, or just overall piece of mind. We work with you to determine what is best.
The labor to check, remove, and replace the consumables is included. The actual consumables, such as batteries, light bulbs, filters, etc., are invoiced to the home-owner or tenant.
Yes, we do have additional services that we can perform outside the normal services. These include, but are not limited to, patching drywall, painting, hanging pictures, building furniture, large toys (e.g. Play kitchens), etc.. These additional services are quoted before they are performed.
That depends on the agreement between the homeowner/tenant and HomePilot. We have installed keyless pads or lock-pads to access properties, so homeowner/tenants do not have to leave what they are doing. We want this to be as convenient as possible, and it depends on your own comfort level.
We understand that the weekend is time for people to relax and unwind, including our own HomePilot Pros, so we try to limit it as much as possible. However, we also understand there are times when it is needed and can accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
Since this is part of our additional services, we can take a look at the project (separate trip or while on site conducting a Home Wellness Visit), determine the scope of work needed to complete the job properly, and provide a quote. We can also coordinate an additional on-site visit and quote from a third-party contractor. There is no mark-up on third-party quotes as long as you are within the Core or Concierge service package.
HomePilot does not provide 24-hour emergency service at this time. We only conduct scheduled visits for our clients. This allows us to ensure that every appointment is handled with the utmost care and attention. Thank you for your understanding!
