Essentials

Routine Home Assessment (Interior + Exterior)

  • Visual walk-through of the property, including:
    • Interior rooms
    • Exterior perimeter
    • Roof (from ground or attic)
    • Fencing and yard elements
  • Identifying visible signs of:
    • Water damage
    • Pest activity
    • Wear and tear or deterioration
    • Other potential risk indicators


Preventive Maintenance Included

  • Battery changes: Smoke, CO₂ detectors, thermostat, etc.
  • Light bulb replacements
  • HVAC air filter replacement
  • Refrigerator/ice maker filter replacement
  • Appliance preventive care: Flushing or maintenance on ice makers, washing machines and dishwashers (depending on model recommendations)

Digital Reporting

  • After each visit, receive a clear and professional report:
    • Visual findings
    • Photos and notes
    • Suggested next steps
    • Seasonal maintenance recommendations
    • Small project suggestions for preservation or enhancement


Annual System Coordination

  • Once per year, we coordinate professional inspections/tune-ups for:
    • HVAC system
    • Backup generator (if applicable)
    • Plumbing system
    • Electrical system
  • We’ll recommend and schedule trusted pros, and provide summaries of their visits

Project Recommendation Support

  • If needed, we:
    • Recommend reliable, vetted contractors
    • Offer HomePilot-led quotes for small tasks (within licensing limits)
    • Alert you about issues early before they become costly repairs

  • For any issues uncovered during the quarterly assessment, we:
    • Source and request 2–3 competitive quotes from trusted local contractors
    • Present options clearly in your follow-up report


On-Site Contractor Coordination

  • We coordinate and meet contractors on-site for:
    • Walkthroughs for quoting
    • Oversight during initial work visits (as requested)
  • We act as the point-of-contact for scheduling, scope clarification, and quality follow-up

Contractor & Project Coordination

  • Everything in HomePilot Core (Tier 2):

    • Quotes from 2–3 contractors for needed repairs
    • On-site coordination of contractor quotes & work
    • Regular follow-up to ensure completion and quality

Full Oversight of Routine Home Services

We don’t replace your regular vendors — we oversee them for you. This includes:

  • Lawn care & landscaping
  • Irrigation system checks
  • Pool/spa maintenance
  • Housekeeping services
  • Chimney/flue inspections
  • Pest control
  • Window cleaning
  • Any other recurring residential vendor services

What We Do
